The Partnership for Public Service has an exciting program update to share with you. We’ve heard your feedback – in particular your desire to share best practices with a wide range of agencies that may be facing similar challenges. To respond to this need, we are rescheduling all five groups into one workshop taking place on

Our Program

Share ideas and best practices with peers from other agencies at this facilitated half-day workshop at the Parternship's offices in Washington, D.C.  You will:
  • Learn about the Best Places to Work rankings;
  • Generate ideas for improving employee satisfaction;
  • Compare experiences with other action planners with similar challenges and interests; and
  • Build your professional network across government.
This workshop is recommended for agency leaders, managers and staff involved with action planning. Each participant must be individually registered to attend this event.


Our Approach

Across government, agencies face demanding high priority performance goals and calls for greater efficiency. Now, more than ever, you need a committed workforce to meet these challenges. Trained facilitators will lead workshop participants through a series of exercises to help them better understand the Best Places to Work data and use it to create action plans to improve employee satisfaction at their agencies. We invite workshop participants to come to this workshop ready to share their perspectives and ask questions.
